Angelina Gallego hails from Los Angeles, California. She is currently a  sophomore physics major at Hampton University.  She is a young lady who has a passion for the stars and wants nothing more than to help contribute to the scientific knowledge of the vast universe. Ever since a young age she knew that she was destined to study the sky above her even if she could not see the stars clearly from where she lived. One day in the near future she would love to get her PhD In astrophysics and become not only a leader at NASA but an educational science advocate and female Neil DeGrasse Tyson.
